07/12/20 MISSION TRIP TO CHINA #2 — On the mission trip to China I mentioned previously, Chinese believers frequently told us, “You need to GO HOME and FEED THE CHICKENS!?” Wait—they were NOT being ugly. It’s just that, apparently in China, healthcare is not nearly as available and effective as ours in America. Many Chinese people just assume elderly folks are so disabled that all they can manage is to sit on the porch or in the front yard and throw corn out to their chickens. They thought our entire team was old enough to be seriously disabled!

Covid-19 or not, we can thank our medical professionals and Almighty God for our EXCELLENT Healthcare and Food Supply, etc.! Nobody wants a short, wonderful life or a long, miserable life. One aspect of the Good News is that, repeatedly in the Bible, God promises faithful followers of Jesus BOTH QUALITY and QUANTITY of Life!
